    • Responsible for secondary sales of the entire range of LED products of the company • Establish connect with the retailers and appoint new retailers in consultation with State Managers and distributors • Maintain and increase the billed number of outlets from distributor • Carry out a due diligence of the retailers in terms of background and Historical perspectives before shortlisting • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly targets along with the state Manager and the distributors • Shortlisting of new distributors and sharing their credentials with the State Manager/Head for shortlisting and enrolling in the Company’s distribution channel • Resolve issues between retailer and distributor • Ensure correct pricing and schemes in the market as per company’s direction and policies • Responsible for maintaining records of returns and warranty claims from the market • Responsible for attending to complaints from the end customer along with the state Manager or else as per directions of the state manager • Regular visits to the distributors and ensuring deliveries to the retailers

    • Responsible for overall Marketing activities at LEDVANCE India and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. • Prepare and localize all marketing literature documents and work with various product managers to generate technical product literature as well as promotional literature. • Ensure marcom material availability with channel partners as per deadlines for ATL and BTL marketing. • Organize sales meet, dealer meet, promotional events. • Coordinate and drive the product launches and the launch packages in collaboration with product managers, cross functions and listening to the needs of the market and the sales team. • Drive communicational and promotional campaigns on and off line. • Take care about the implementation and the update of the local website. • Strategize and execute Marketing plan. • Handle product sampling, bundling deals & demo kits arrangements • Work with advertising agencies & vendors on promotional activities. • Organise training & development workshops, road shows & trade shows • Conduct & collate market research surveys & results. • Work closely with regional and global team for alignment. • Build-up and manage the social media strategy in cooperation with social media agencies
