    1. To promote the Company’s products with the targeted doctors; 2. Regular In-clinic medical detailing of Features and Benefits of the products. 3. Grow Company’s current business through market penetration by covering the doctors in the hospitals/clinics/dispensaries/Institutions; & drive business through primary /secondary/ tertiary focus and thereby achieving companies budget Month over Month. 4. Build business volumes by driving customer coverage, frequency and call average of Doctors and Retailers. 5. Preparation of Doctors (HCP)and Retailers list with thorough Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) and updating them on regular basis to form a dynamic customer master. 6. Keep a track on new and old HCP with their prescription on regular basis through company defined formats and should keep this data updated on regular basis. 7. To conduct sales& marketing activities at targeted hospitals with OPD events, awareness program, PG-Meets, CMEs and relationship building programs as per company’s Strategy. 8. Focus on hospital doctors PGs, JR, SR, AP, lecturers, HODs and HOUs; as per company’s direction –if any. 9. Educate doctors and retailers - focus on medical detailing to PGs, JR, SR, AP, lecturers, HODs and HOUs; 10. To detail the products in clinic and ensure availability trade retailers and hospital pharmacies. 11. Conduct OPD activities, awareness meets, CMEs –If any . 12. Try to Prevent substitution at In-house pharmacy and hospital adjacent chemists; 13. Engage doctors through campaigns / activities; as per company’s Strategy/Direction. 14. Develop and implement doctor engagement strategies and education programs in consultation with Company; 15. Report business opportunities / competitors activities/marketing insights to the company at regular time intervals. 16. Manage “Point of Sale – Activities like OPD activities, awareness as per company’s SOP 17. Enhance organization image in the targeted hospitals/clinics/dispensaries; 18. Increase customer base & loyalty through customer engagement programs;
