    • To carry out the Media provisioning/ routing in live traffic for sites rehoming/ migration in transmission nodes. • To carry out the Installation, Integration, Commissioning & Testing of BTS & Microwave sites. • Regular Operation & Maintenance and troubleshooting of the Microwave / Transmission & BTS sites for all O&M / Project related issues. • Identification of faulty • Preventive maintenance & acceptance testing of BTS sites & transmission nodes. • Rectification of all types of active alarms & faults of BTS & transmission equipment. • Coordination with all stake holders & escalation for resolution of the issues • Driving network improvement initiatives. • Installation-Quality Check • Hands on experience on BTS & Microwave O&M • Alarm monitoring and fault analysis of MW & BTS • Responsible for Acceptance of BTS and Microwave sites from Project • Other telecom related O&M activities as required in field. • Login to BSC/RNC / Tx NMS for basic O&M troubleshooting of network.
